Reservations are accepted only for a minimum of 5 nights in high and mid season and 2 nights in low season after paying a deposit. The complete amount for the whole reservation period must be paid in advance even in case of departure earlier then expected. Reservations are binding and arrivals are accepted no later then 22.30.
In case of later arrival, please inform the direction, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your arrival date, we will pay you back 50% of your deposit. In case of cancellation 15 days prior to your arrival, the refund will be 25% of the deposit.
If you cancel after this period, the direction will keep the total amount.
